In SAS® Drug Development 4.5, multiple Repository Jobs scheduled to execute at exactly the same time and have output in the same output folders might fail to check-in the file output to the Repository. As a workaround, schedule Jobs sequentially and not concurrently.
Note, this is issue is resolved in SAS® Life Science Analytics Framework 4.6 or higher.
